阿林僧之自製牙刷：

日中一食后的杨柳枝刷牙，剔牙！（事实上是药材，一种软藤做的牙刷！抛弃型，一次用地哟！）
通常林僧会自己找来做，也是供养长老的礼物（日常用品)

#佛世时代流传至今

A’s hand made toothbrush:
( with the Procedures and explainings)
The India Old-Fashion wood toothbrushes hand-made by the natural herbal vines.
One-Time using only .Some with bitter flavors just because  they are Herbal medicines.
We made  toothbrushes by our hands as well.
They are also  common consuming  and  proper gifts to dana elder monks .

หลวงอาสอนทำไม้สีฟัน(ไม้เจีย):

แปลงสีฟันทำด้วยมือเอง และทำมาจากเถาวัลย์ ยาสมุนไพร
ทำแล้ว ใช้เองบ้าง ถวายให้ผู้ใหญ่บ้าง
#ก็มีตั้งแต่สมัยพุทธกาลแล้วครับ



森林裡寻找药用藤蔓,去馀枝及芒刺后，大概手掌长度截断（大概20公分）
หาเถาวัลย์ในป่า ตัดออกหนามและกิ่งให้เรียบแล้ว ตัดเป็นท่อนยาวๆเท่าฝามือ(ประมาญ20ซม)
Picking herbal vines in the forest and getting rid of thorns and branches, then cuts into sticks as the length of palm( around 20 cm)



生鲜藤蔓应儘速製作牙刷，否则乾裂难製造，遇潮发霉也不宜使用。
由外往内用木棍或石棒绕圆状敲打藤柱，直到裂开10公分以内的丝状木刷，再继续敲打。
ควรริบลงมือทำก่อนไม้แห้งหรือขึ้นเชื้อรา
เอาไม้หรือหินตีรอบๆขอบไม้ให้แตกเป็นเส้นๆประมาณ10ชมแล้วค่อยๆตีเข้าถึงใจกลาง
Not letting the vines become dry or too humid or they would break easily or get some bacterias and become dark
Use wood or stone sticks hit roundly from outside to the heart wood until tear into about 10 cm rough fibers



通常藤蔓的中心部是类似橡木软塞的软木
Usually the heart wood could be soft as sponge
ใจกลางส่วนมากจะเป็นเนื้ออ่อนๆเหมือนโฟมน้ำ



敲好牙刷刷面后，才可以开始去皮，不然很容易整条裂开，那就需要用绳子绑起来了，也很难敲得均匀。
หลังตีเสร็จได้หน้าแปลงแล้วค่อยเอาหนังออก ไม่งั้น เวลาตีอาจทำให้ท่อนแตก จะดีขนให้สม่ำเสมอยากขึ้น.
Finished hitting the top into brush then could shape the skin off .
If shaving the skin first then it may break the stick when hitting it.



粗工完成，剖面有点像万寿菊
ทำเสร็จแล้วหน้าเหมือนดอกดาวเรือง
Looks like Tegetes flowers on the top



将长木块斜刻凹槽，製作成擦板，擦开牙刷纤维，使之变得更乾更细。
Cutting one piece of wood into cross shapes and polishing the stick fibers to dryer and easier in seperating into tiny fibers.
สีกับแผ่นไม้ที่ตัดเป็นร่องๆเพื่อให้เส้นใยแปลงนั้นแห้งแล้วแตกง่างขึ้น



再根据牙刷刷毛的适当面积，从底部剖分成独立牙刷。
Chopping into suitable size of tooth brush from the bottom .
ตามความเหมาะสม ผ่าจากข้างล่าง ให้เป็นไม้พอแปลงฟันได้



削整牙刷刷柄，另一边要削细，头要变扁当剔牙牙籤用。
Shaving into shape of brush and the other side should be very thin and sharp for becoming the tooth stick
เก็บเนี้ยให้ลดลงเป็นไม้จับ อิกด้านหนึ่งทำให้บางลงเพื่อเป็นไม้จิ้มฟัน



用细砂纸磨光牙刷柄及让尾端牙籤部更细緻
Polishing with sand paper and making tooth stick become more thin and easy to use as well
ใช้กระดาษทรายถูให้ที่จับเรียบขึ้นและ ทางไม้จิ้มฟันใช้ดีขึ้น ปรับบางลงตามที่ต้องการ



竹棒插上3-6支缝针绑死固定后，拿来均匀刷细牙刷刷毛，并稍作扇状定型。
Plug and tie some needles into the bamboo stick for furthering management of brush and shape into triangle
ใช้เข็มมาหวีแปลงให้ละเอียดขึ้น และตกแต่งรูปแบบกลมๆ น่าใช้
