THE EASY WAY

Our new online course (or previously more popularly known as correspondence course) is written specially for you. In 12 easy lessons you can understand the Buddha's teaching and realize what meaning it can bring into your life.

You probably have heard about Triple Gem and the Four Noble Truth. But do we know deep enough to put it into practice as well as share it with others?
Do you know: What are the key principles the Buddha taught which enable you to gain mastery over your life? How you can lead a fulfilling life now and in the' hereafter? What are the techniques which can help you know, shape and free your mind?

The course will be facilitated by Venerable Nyaninda.
12 easy-to-understand lessons and added with Q&A sessions.
Course structure will be provided via email and whatsapp.
